Work with me

Business problems first. AI where it genuinely helps.

I start with what is holding the business back: workflows, data, organization or technology. Then we decide where AI creates value, build or improve the systems, test and secure them, and measure the result.

01 · When to involve me

The moments when an outside view pays for itself

  • 01 Before committing to a large AI project

  • 02 When a pilot has stalled or never left the pilot stage

  • 03 When teams use disconnected AI tools with no shared plan

  • 04 When work by an internal team or another vendor needs an independent evaluation

  • 05 When security concerns are blocking a deployment

  • 06 When an AI system costs too much, answers badly or does not scale

02 · Three assessments

Pick the one that matches your situation

Each produces a report with standalone value. If you want, the SmartClick AI team then implements what it recommends.

01

“We want to use AI, but need direction.”

AI Opportunity & Readiness

Main questions: Where could AI improve this business? What must change first?

You receive

  • Workflow findings
  • Prioritized opportunities
  • Readiness gaps in process and data
  • Implementation roadmap
  • Investment estimates with stated assumptions
Discuss Your Challenge: AI Opportunity & Readiness

02

“We already use AI, but it should deliver more.”

AI Performance & Engineering

Main questions: Why is the current system underperforming? What should we improve?

You receive

  • Evaluation findings
  • Architecture and code review within scope
  • Reliability, cost and scalability issues
  • Prioritized improvement plan
  • Implementation by the SmartClick team if you want it
Discuss Your Challenge: AI Performance & Engineering

03

“We’re concerned about security.”

AI & Application Security

Main questions: What could expose data, enable unauthorized actions, or compromise the application?

You receive

  • Defined testing scope
  • Validated findings
  • Business impact of each finding
  • Remediation guidance and fixes
  • Agreed retesting

03 · What actually happens

When you bring me into your business

  1. Conversations

With leadership and with the teams who do the work, to understand what the business is actually trying to achieve.

  2. Examination

Of workflows, data and systems, to find where time, money or quality is being lost.

  3. Constraints

What has to change first: process, data, ownership, skills or technology.

  4. Recommendations

Prioritized, with tradeoffs and assumptions stated, so you can decide with confidence.

  5. Implementation

I stay involved in architecture and delivery reviews while the SmartClick AI team builds, fixes and tests.

04 · After the report

What you receive at each stage

  1. Diagnose

An evidence-based understanding of the problem

  2. Decide

Priorities, tradeoffs, scope and an implementation plan

  3. Implement

Working changes delivered by the in-house team

  4. Verify

Agreed performance, quality and security checks

  5. Operate

Documentation, ownership, monitoring and support arrangements

05 · Ways to work together

Four kinds of engagement

Assessment and report
A scoped diagnostic that stands on its own: findings, priorities and an actionable plan.
Assessment, then implementation or remediation
The same team that found the problem fixes it, and verifies the fix.
Review of work by others
An independent review of AI or software built by your internal team or another vendor.
Ongoing support
Continuing advisory, engineering or security support once systems are live.

Where I can help most

The work I take on has a defined business problem, an accountable team and useful deliverables. I am not the right fit for generic software outsourcing or staff augmentation, small isolated automations without a broader business case, or one-off tool and prompting tutorials. For those, I am happy to point you in a better direction.

FAQ

Questions

Do you only work with technology companies?

No. I often add the most value in companies far from tech, where valuable information sits in documents, transactions or customer interactions and nobody internally has the time or expertise to decide what to do with it. Country and industry do not matter.

What does an engagement cost?

It depends on scope, so I quote after a first conversation and a short scoping step. You receive a written proposal with deliverables before anything starts.

Who does the hands-on work?

The in-house AI engineers and security specialists of SmartClick AI, the company I founded in 2018. I lead the diagnosis and stay involved through delivery.

Can you fix AI that another vendor built?

Yes. Reviewing and improving systems built internally or by another vendor is one of the three assessments. We are clear in the report about who built what and what our review covered.

Do I have to hire you to implement the recommendations?

No. Every assessment report is designed to be useful on its own. Implementation is available if you want it.

A short note about your company and the challenge is enough. If it looks like a fit, we schedule a call. Budget and technical detail can wait until then.
